Customer's 1st concern is always: "Can we get help 24/7?", the answer is "Yes". But, it depends on your type of questions.

Standard Working Hours

Our standard office working hours for all employees is from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. During office hours, we guarantee the following service level:

  • Support for all services' sales inquiries
  • Support for technical support matters
  • Support for billing matters
  • Support tickets are to be answered within first 45 minutes

Non-office hours, including holidays

Our Customer Relations staffs are not in the office during non-office hours. However, due to nature of our services, they are equipped with devices that announce them with every new email. Whatever support tickets come in will be alerted immediately to all Support staffs. Here are the service level you can expect during non-office hours:

  • Only support for web hosting service
  • Support for Rank-1 and Rank-2 web hosting technical support issues
  • Technical support tickets are to be answered within 45 minutes
  • Sales and billing inquiries are not guaranteed to have response until the next date
  • Support ONLY Rank-1 issue over the phone
  • Act immediately if there is Rank-1 issue
