You can request for full refund within 30 days after the day you sign up with us (renewal will not be applicable). This refund policy only applies to Shared Web Hosting. Other services such as domain registration, servers, web design will not applicable for this.
Please send email to billing [at] singhost.net to request for refund. It would be very kind of you to let us know the reasons as well.
After you signed up for the hosting account, an invoice will be sent to you. We will deliver the account within 6 hours after you notified that payment was made. Sometimes we would deliver the account faster than that if we receive your email during office hours.
