SG5 shared server failed and it's fixed

Shared hosting server hostname sg5.singhost.net was found down at 3am Feb 15th. Data was corrupted due to Raid card failure and hard drives are out of sync. However, we still have all backups. At 5:15am, our tech team finished the new server installation for replacement. Our engineers are still trying to restore account one by one. However, shared IP address will be changed from 203.211.144.48 to 120.50.43.133, please do change accordingly if you are not using our nameservers for your domain.

Updates:

• 15/02/09 3am: server was down due to disk controller. A team was dispatched to Datacenter
• 15/02/09 5:15am: replacement server was installed.
• 15/02/09 5am onward: restore account one by one.
• 15/02/09 11am: 60 accounts restored.
• 15/02/09 1pm: 81 accounts restored.
• 15/02/09 1:45pm: 87 accounts restored, 3 more to go.
• 15/02/09 3:20pm: all accounts have been restored.
