Shared Server SG22 is down due to file system error at the moment, that's all we know. The tech guys are in datacenter right now trying to fix the issue.

@ We can't tell you how long it will take to be fully recovered but it normally takes less than 24 hours to fix, unless data is completely lost, we will have to restore from backup.
@ Update at 6:55pm: we found the problem, 3 out of 4 SAS hard drives were out of sync, we are waiting for them to re-sync.

Servers were up again around 4am in the morning on 10th May. Since the IP has been changed, DNS server around the world will have to update the change. DNS update may take time, and different ISP has different DNS server. Therefore, some of you will see your website up now and some will not. Please wait around 12 hours max for all DNS servers to update.
